Ingredients
2 large Chicken Breasts
For the marinade
· Yogurt – 2 tsp
· Lemon juice – 1 tsp
· Pepper powder – ½ tsp
· Paprika Powder 1 tsp
· Tomato Sauce – 1 tsp
· Tahini Paste – 1 tsp
· Cloves – 1 tsp chopped
· Olive Oil – 2 tsp
· Fennel Seeds powder – a pinch
· Salt – for taste
For the garnish
2 Skewers
1 large onion
1 Bell Peppers (any color)
1 Tomato
Method of preparation Kebab
Clean chicken first and keep it in side to drain water. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and add chicken and mix it well keep it for 8 hours or overnight I kept more than 12 hours. Keep chicken outside and start preheating the oven.
Now start arranging the grill stick. If your using Bamboo stick you can use that I had used Skewer, Start by dicing the onion in big pieces (roughly 1 1/2 inches or so) and separate the layers. Discard the small pieces. Dice the bell peppers about the same size. I used one green pepper, but feel free to use any color peppers you want. On Tomato also same size remove inside seeds. First put onion then tomato then bell peppers and chicken repeat same way until all finish. Now put them in oven and grill it for 45 minutes. Have it with salad, hummus and butter Naan.
