Ingredients
For masala:
Chicken breast - two pcs
Onion - 1 medium
Green chilli - 2
Ginger and garlic paste- 1tsp
Turmeric powder -1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Curry leave
Salt
Coriander leave
Coconut oil
For Dough
Maida -1 cup
Water - to mix
Salt
Oil for frying
Method
To make dough
Sift the flour and salt into a large bowl. Make a well in the bowl and pour in about two-thirds of the water, mixing until you have a firm rough dough adding extra water if needed and leave to rest.
For Masala
Keep a pan once it's hot put coconut oil, once oil is hot put onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli and saute until oil is light brown. Add turmeric, garam masala powder saute until raw smell goes. Now add chicken and cook for few minutes. Before switching off gas add coriander leaf and curry leaf.
Now make small chapathi with dough and put Masala in round with putting few spaces both sides. Now fold from end side to inside and cut centres with small bottles cap. Now if you see it looks like vada shape. Keep doing until all masala and dough finish. Keep small pan with oil on gas. Once oil is hot start frying till all finish. Serve hot.
