Egless banana cake/ Banana loaf/ Banana bread

Ingredients;

Banana - 2 chopped and smashed well or make to paste ( I had used Philippines banana what we get here in market).

Maida (all purpose flour) - 2cup

Sugar (powdered) - 1 cup

Baking soda - 2 tsp

Vanilla essence -1-2 tsp

Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp

Oil (any, I had used sunflower oil) 1/2 cup

Water - 2cup (adjust according to once you smash banana)

Vinegar - 1 tsp

Salt for taste 

Preparation of dates cake

Heat one non stick pan put banana, sugar, water and boil until dates smashed, now add cinnamon powder and cloves powder for smell and taste this is optional for most of the fruit cakes we add this two. Keep for cooling. By the time date syrup is cooling. Add Maida and baking soda  sieve together and keep. Now preheat oven for 10 minutes. Now add vanilla and mix well the syrup, add vinegar, add dry ingredient and mix well without any lumps. Now add to baking tray and bake for 30-40 minutes in 180c  in electric oven. Once day check with toothpicks. Have cake for evening tea. 

Note:

Spices is optional you can use or not use. 

Adjust sugar according to banana sweet.
