Pumpkin kheer or mathangha verayicha.

Ingredients:

Pumpkin -1 small/ half piece

Jaggery - 3-5 pcs 

Coconut - 1/2 cup

Rice flour - 2-4 tsp

Cardamom - 3-5 

Method

Clean and cut into small pieces of pumpkin.Cook jaggery with little water keep it in side. Cook with water and salt until it's almost done now add jaggery syrup to pumpkin and smash it with spoon. Once it's mixed well now add coconut, rice flour and cardamom wait until all water is dissolved completely. Now serve hot.
