Banana kai vishi 

I had got three - four over ripped banana and I asked some people what to make, so everyone gave same recipes what usually I make so I thought why I can't try something different. So I came out with this idea. It came out well. For evening tea I was making this same time some of my husband's friends came they had this and told it's different taste, it's nice etc... So I am sharing this recipe with you friends. 

Ingredients

 

Banana - 3 (over ripped robest banana)

Egg -3

Rice flour - 1 cup

Sugar - 5tsp (you can adjust with taste of banana)

Cardamom - 4-5

Salt to taste

 Oil for frying

Method

Take all ingredients three egg, three banana, one cup rice flour, little salt, 5 tsp sugar, cardamom blend all together and make paste should not be watery it should be little thick (no need to add water because over ripe banana and egg if you blend enough water is there). And take coconut shell or any cover make small hole. now keep a pan pour oil once it is hot start making similar to kai vishi shapes fry once one side done flip to other side and fry. Once both sides are light brown take it out from oil. Serve with hot tea. Enjoy it.
