Ingredients
All purpose flour (Maida) 4 cup
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Yogurt 1 tsp
Egg 1 (optional)
Milk 1 cup
Potato 2 medium (boiled& smashed)
Onion - 1/2 chopped into small pieces
Green chilli -2 (chopped, optional)
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaf
Method
Mix milk egg yogurt togther and now add dry items together and make soft dough. Then put some oil then knead well & make a smooth dough. Keep it on side for 1-2 hours with wet cloth.
Now make stuffing in Potato add chopped onion, green chilli chopped, red chilli pwd,cumin pwdr 1 tsp, fresh coriander leaf chopped mix all together and make ball keep it on side. Now knead dough again and make small balls keep it on side. Now take dough ball and make small poori shape in middle add potato masala ball and fold edges join and press and shape it and now topping with coriander leaf now again roll it little more then put it on tawa make it once done remove from tawa and Brush the hot kulcha with butter and serve fast😊😊😊
