Mooringa /Muringa curry 

Ingredients:

Muringa leaf 

Fresh coconut -1/2 cup

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp

Red chilli powder - 1tsp

Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp 

Small onion (pearl onion) -2 

Onion - 1 medium 

 Green chilli - 1 -2 

Mustard seeds

 Coconut oil 

Curry leaf

Method 

First remove muringas all small sticks only leaf we need. Now clean the leaf keep it in side. First keep clay pot or any pan once hot pour coconut oil, add mustard seeds onion and 1 green chilli and saute till onion is done now add muringa leaf saute well keep lid. By this we can make coconut paste add coconut, fennel seeds, turmeric powder, green chilli, chilli powder, pearl onion and little water and grind it like paste. Now add this mix into muringa and stir well add little more water and cook for few minutes more. Please note after adding coconut should not cook for more time it will spoil your curry. Once it's cooled add curry leaf and switch off gas. Serve hot with orooti or dosha.
