We can make ice cream without any ice cream machine at home....
Ingredients
Pomegranate juice -1.5 cup (about 3 pomegranates, my pomegranates was big so got more juice, kept half of pomegranate for adding for crunchy (optional) I like to have something crunchy in ice cream :) )
Heavy cream - 2 cups
Condensed milk - 1 tin (400 gms) or 1.5 cups sugar
Method
Juice the pomegranate and keep 3/4 aside. Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks. Pour the pomegranate juice and whip again. Now add the condensed milk and whip again for a minute until it's all blended.You can mix in some pomegranate arils for some crunch.Pour into an air tight container and cling wrap the box. Freeze for 8 hours and then enjoy delicious ice cream.
Notes
The original recipe uses sugar but I used condensed milk since I had. You can use sugar itself if you prefer. If you want a deep pink then I suggest you add some pink color! Otherwise you will only get a pale shade like mine. If you need little sour taste you can add small spoon of lemon juice, I didn't add because my pomegranate was already having little sour taste.
